Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings
   All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
2. Cancellations
   Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
   • More than 15 days before the tour: Deposit non-refundable
   • 7 days to 72 Hours: 50% of the tour price
   • Less than 72 Hours or no-show: No refund
3. Tour Changes
   We reserve the right to amend or cancel a tour due to weather, safety concerns, operational requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances. Where possible, a suitable alternative or refund will be offered.
4. Customer Conduct
   Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards guides, staff, and fellow guests. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.
5. Liability
   Participation in our tours is at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury except where required by Scottish law or where caused by our negligence.
6. Photography
   Photos and videos may be taken during tours for promotional purposes. Please inform us before the tour if you do not wish to appear in them.
7. Governing Law
   These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
